1. Services

Softwiz Infotech provides custom software development, application maintenance, legacy .NET modernisation, dedicated development teams, API development, frontend development, SaaS platform development, mobile application development, and cloud migration services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, server, or database.

3. Intellectual Property

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including rates, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softwiz Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Softwiz Infotech in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or services provided. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
